Last week I repeatedly tried the number but could not get in . there was a simple reason .I did not add the pound at end . I was driving a compact suv and could not see the sign 9 inches below the input device. The sign was covered by my suv door, so I could not look down unless I leaned up against door. You should leave that sign higher, to add pound, so this does not happen to other new customers. The storage unit was clean exactly the size stated and where the map showed it was. I now know to add pound sign .I thing the storage is just what we ordered.
